From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the room, though basic, was impeccably clean and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, such as having fresh towels daily and even noticing and accommodating my need for more hangers. the staff made sure I had everything I needed, including extra milk for my coffee, which truly exceeded my high expectations. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful gesture of organizing it so that I had the shared bathroom all to myself. the location was perfect and the staff were more than happy to provide recommendations for nearby restaurants, adding to the overall wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
